Decent for Revenue Cycle

We recently tried Fathom's Revenue Cycle Management Software. The demo was helpful, and the sales process was straightforward, though it took a bit longer than I expected to get a final quote. Once we were up and running, the platform did a good job of automating a lot of our coding tasks, which freed up staff for other things. The Real-time Coding Analytics dashboard was pretty insightful too. My only minor gripe was that some of the initial reports were a little clunky to customize, but overall it's a solid tool that improved our workflow. Value for money is there.

The setup process was pretty detailed, took about two weeks to really get things configured for our specific needs, which felt a little long. However, once it was live, the system performed well. It handled our ICD-10 Coding Automation with good accuracy, definitely reduced our manual review time. Their support team was helpful when we had questions about specific coding scenarios. I noticed a slight learning curve for my team to trust the AI completely, but it proved itself over the trial period. The reporting was useful, though I wished for a bit more customization options straight out of the box.
